The building plans are stamped by IBC/ICC engineers who works directly with the local building inspectors office.  While the site is being prepared, the framing, sheet  rock,  painting,  cabinets, Hvac, flooring, plumbing, electrical, insulation, appliances and, fixtures are complted in a protected facility and inspected and ready to be taken to job site to complete the job.
